"Christopher Perkins O’Brien, of Annapolis, was arrested on Sunday after threatening to kill President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama. He detailed his plans in an explicit email littered with racist remarks and standard Tea Party rhetoric, and was charged with making a violent threat against the President and threatening bodily harm against the first family. He was also charged with using interstate communications to make the death threat.
